RSS Feeds

Teach in Herts offers RSS feeds to teaching and support vacancies added within the last 7 days. To subscribe to these you will need an RSS reading program, such as Firefox, Google Reader, or Microsoft Outlook.

The RSS feeds are updated every 1 1/2 hours.

Using RSS (Really Simple Syndication) allows you to see when schools from Hertfordshire have added new content. You can get the latest vacancies in one place, as soon as they are published, without having to remember to visit each site every day.

The first thing you need is a news reader. This is a piece of software that checks RSS feeds and lets you read any new articles that have been added to them.

There are many different versions, some of them use a Web browser and some are downloadable applications.

If you do not subscribe to a newsreader, you will not be able to view the RSS feeds, but you can still receive job alerts on a daily or weekly basis
