“In the last three years at my previous school, Queens’, Bushey. I worked closely with Engage to fill a number of key long term vacancies. Through the iday route, we secured a Science, Maths and History teacher when all other normal channels had failed. These three teachers, two years later, are now permanent employees at Queens’ and an integral part of their school and their departments.

My consultant, Nicole, went to school locally, knows the schools really well and their different needs and has developed a full understanding of the context of the various schools. This helps to ensure that the right person is put in front of you on the idays, over the telephone or in-person.” Toby Sutherland, Headteacher, St Clement Danes School.
