The HFL Recruitment Services team are passionate about recruiting high quality people who can make a real difference to children’s lives. We can help guide schools through the recruitment and selection process striving for best practice in order to attract candidates from the widest possible pool, creating a talented workforce.

For non-teaching roles we have developed a range of new products aimed at primary schools which will support senior leaders recruit and select the best talent, whilst reducing the risk of liability and enabling the school to defend any potential claims.
