Can you describe your journey into working in education (how did you qualify, what have been the key steps along the way)?
I had previously worked at the school as a TA and the role for Finance & HR became available, which is an area I had worked in before having a family.
What are the key things that you love about your job?
I enjoy the varied tasks you have to undertake, and no two days are the same. Also, feeling part of the whole school community.
What advice would you give to someone who is looking to work in a similar role?
Expect to be busy but it is rewarding to know you are part of helping young minds to thrive.
