Please can you describe your journey into working in education?
I finished school in 2018 and started working at a local college working in exams. In 2022 I left the college and used Teach in Herts to find my next job. Since then I have worked in 2 schools and have worked my way up from a receptionist to an Office Manager.
What are the key things you love most about your job?
I love working in education and making a difference to the lives of young people.
What advice would you give to someone who is looking to work in a similar role?
You can always work your way up in schools, they see your potential and work with you to help fulfil career aspirations.
