About the role

Thank you for looking at our advertised position in our warm and welcoming school with a strong team working ethos. We are seeking an enthusiastic and positive Administration Assistant to work in our busy office team to apply good organisation and interpersonal skills. The role is varied with you acting as first point of contact for the whole school community. Applicants must have a good sense of humour, be able to work well under pressure and maintain high levels of confidentiality at all times. A successful candidate would also have excellent communication skills and be keen to work in a diverse, inclusive school. 

We encourage all our staff to engage in training and development, keeping up to date with wider changes in education. This will be a permanent position on a term time only basis. Ideally hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 8.30am to 3.30pm with an unpaid half hour lunch break. The post holder will work 26 hours per week and some flexibility to work additional hours from time to time by mutual agreement would be of benefit.
