About the role
The Abbey CE VA Primary School is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and professional individual with the ability to provide an efficient and friendly welcome to visitors as well as providing a high standard of administrative support as part of our current office team. Ability to keep plates spinning with a smile on your face is a prerequisite! The permanent post is for 13 hours per week, working on Thursday and Friday 9am-4.30pm with an hour for lunch, term-time only.
You will have excellent interpersonal skills, a flexible and calm approach to prioritising, are confident with IT and have the ability to approach tasks with enthusiasm, energy and commitment. The successful candidate will work closely with all teaching and non-teaching staff, governors, parents and children.
