About the role
The Governors of Ashlyns School are looking for an exceptional leader to play their part in driving and shaping the school’s future. The successful candidate will provide excellent leadership and high-quality management and will support the Headteacher in securing the continued improvement and success of the school.
Appointing the right person with the drive, ambition, motivation, and leadership skills is our paramount objective. There is flexibility in determining the specific roles and responsibilities. Specific areas of responsibility might include student progress, standards, and effectiveness; teaching, learning and assessment; behaviour, safety, and welfare; leadership and the development of others.
