About the role
We are seeking to recruit a highly skilled and experienced teaching assistant to join our school team, working approximately 20 hours per week. The successful candidate will have a proven record of working in a classroom supporting pupils to overcome barriers in their learning and to close gaps to support pupils in maintaining good progress in the primary school curriculum. Ideally the successful candidate will have completed teaching assistant qualifications to at least level 2 or be willing to undertake such qualifications.

We are passionate about outdoor learning, and have extensive grounds with two forest school bases on site. We believe in the importance of building pupils learning power through the development of meta-cognition strategies and supporting pupils to become happy, well rounded individuals who are well prepared for life.
