About the role
One of our EYFS practitioners is moving to France and we are looking for someone to work full-time (32.5 hours a week) in our Early Years. As an EYFS practitioner you will work as a key worker alongside the teacher developing, shaping and supporting learning. Our EYFS team is committed, enthusiastic and hard-working and we are looking for someone with a passion for Early Years to join our team.
In the past a number of our EYFS practitioners have gone on to train as teachers, including our current Nursery Teacher, so this is a post with real progression. As a school we have supported school direct teacher training for the past three years and are keen to help our staff aspire to become the best they can be. The post requires excellent spoken English and a strong understanding of how children learn in an Early Years environment. As this post is for an EYFS practitioner all applicants should ensure that they are level 3 qualified and hold GCSE Maths and English (grade C or above).
We warmly encourage you to visit and see Central for yourself.
