About the role
Alban Wood Primary School, part of the Herts for Learning Multi Academy Trust (MAT), is looking for a motivated and committed person to join our team and work across three schools within the MAT. The three schools are: Alban Wood, Bromet and Orchard.
The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, conscientious and well organised with a real desire to support vulnerable children and families across the MAT. Effective communication skills for working with children, families and staff in a positive team is very important. Professional development, training and support will be provided; CPD is offered regularly and in a range of ways.
This position is temporary for the first year with the view to becoming permanant.

Information about Alban Wood – the hub school
Alban Wood is a one-form entry school from Nursery – Year 6. Following a successful Ofsted Inspection in Spring term 2017, the school has developed further within all areas and is now Outstanding. Strengths of the school include: pupil behaviour and learning behaviour, innovative and consistently good teaching, our excellent use of pupil assessment information and the nurturing ethos of the school.
