About the role
'Learning and Growing Together’
Maple Grove Primary is a maintained school for children aged 3-11, located in Grove Hill in the northern outskirts of Hemel Hempstead in Hertfordshire.
We place great emphasis on the enjoyment of learning and children benefit from a wide range of resources, ICT equipment, a well-resourced library and food technology area which not only enhance the children's learning experience but teach them the necessary skills in the core subject areas and help prepare them for the evolving remote learning in the current climate.
We are also set in large grounds with well-equipped playground equipment, access to Wild Wood Dens, a Daily Mile all weather running track and three outdoor learning areas which cater for our diverse range of pupils and further promotes wonderful learning opportunities for our children to learn and grow together.
We were judged as a ‘good’ school (Ofsted 2018), but recognise there are challenges to maintain this outcome, after a period of significant change, and are looking for someone who has the necessary commitment and experience to do this.
If you think you have the passion, energy and resilience to move our school forward, we would love to hear from you.
We would like to invite candidates to view the school during the week commencing 5th September. To arrange your visit, please contact the school on 01442 214966 or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org .
