£20,344 - £22,462 plus £608 outer fringe allowance pro rata.
30 hours per week - Term time only
Actual Salary for 30 hours per week is £14,100 - £15,500 approximately
We are looking to appoint a Higher Level Teaching Assistant who is committed to ensuring all students with SEND achieve their full potential. The successful applicant will work as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant working alongside the Student Support Team. By working with the team effectively you will help to support a positive team spirit and sense of collective responsibility for the students that you support.
The successful candidate will need to proactively support a range of students in the delivery of the curriculum. All aspects of the role are to support the effective education of students as part of a team in the context of the principles and aims of the academy.
