About the role

Herts for Learning Ltd is the largest not-for-profit schools company in the UK, with a mission to improve children’s lives. We are 80% owned by schools and provide much needed services to support school improvement and raise pupil achievement on a non-profit basis.

Herts for Learning’s HR Services Team provides specialist HR advice and consultancy to over 500 schools, covering approximately 20,000 staff. We are a flexible, professional and friendly team and we go the extra mile when schools most need us. The schools we serve consistently rate our service extremely highly.

We are looking for someone with drive, energy, enthusiasm and the experience and ability to juggle multiple, varied and interesting cases across a spectrum of schools of all shapes and sizes. This is a really exciting, fast paced environment which is also incredibly rewarding in the difference we make to schools and the impact we have on children’s lives.

Highly competitive salary up to £35,000 p.a. (dependent on experience) plus excellent pension and performance bonus
