Based at Samuel Ryder Academy
Hours: 37 hours per week (5 days), term time + 1 week INSET + 2 weeks
(1 to be worked at the end of the summer term and 1 to be worked at the
start of the academic year)
(8.30am to 4.30pm)
Actual salary: £25,400 – £27,800 per annum including fringe
We are looking for an enthusiastic, positive and well organised colleague to deliver a high-quality HR service to the Trust and its schools. The HR Manager will manage the HR admin team and oversee their administrative support of our schools. The role is a key appointment for the Trust and the person appointed will join a central team of fellow professionals who offer operational support to our Headteachers, leaders and staff.
We will expect the successful applicant to have proven HR experience, leadership skills and be able to demonstrate excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and a “can do” attitude.
