We are looking for an outstanding teacher to join our team. Someone not ready to leave the classroom yet, but eager to develop their leadership skills through the professional development of colleagues. The role will involve regular deployment to support and develop other colleagues as well as hosting visitors and modelling lessons to others.

Tring is just 10 minutes up the A41 from Hemel Hempstead. Grove Road is a successful, 2 form entry, primary school in the heart of the Tring countryside, now part of the Ridgeway learning Partnership (cross-phase) MAT. This role has the opportunity to develop Trust wide, for the right candidate as the MAT grows and develops.
