About the role

We wish to appoint a Pastoral Administrative Assistant to provide high quality and effective administration support to the school SENDCo and Designated Safeguarding Lead. The role will be 12 hours per week - term time plus 1 week

Hailey Hall School is a converter Academy Special School for boys aged 11-16. We cater for boys who have Social, Emotional, and Mental Health difficulties.

  • The ability to be patient, encouraging, firm but fair
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • A flexible and enthusiastic attitude and a commitment to embed a positive culture of learning amongst staff and students.
