Pastoral Support Lead - (Job Share)
Required for September 2019
Thursday 8.00am -4.00pm, Friday 8.00am -3.30pm
14.5 hours/week, Term time only
Hay Pay Range H5-H6 points 9-19, actual salary £6,905- £8,355 (depending on experience)
A motivated individual with experience of working with young people is required to give practical and administrative support to the Learning Co-ordinators (Heads of Year) for Years 10 & 11, in their role of managing the behaviour, progress and well-being of pupils. This is a key role in ensuring that the school is an environment that encourages purposeful learning to take place.
