Reintegration Room Supervisor
Salary H5 £20903 - £23080 per annum (Pro Rata) plus £626 fringe
31.25 hours per week and 38 weeks per year (term time)
Hours 8.30am – 3.15pm Monday - Friday (30 min unpaid break)
An exciting opportunity has arisen at our oversubscribed and recently rated "good" academy for students from 11 to 19 years of age, for a Supervisor to manage the day to day running of our Reintegration Room to ensure all students are effectively supervised and that high standards of behavior are achieved. This is an important, busy and sometimes demanding role for an individual who can uphold the ethos and standards established within the Academy in a calm and professional manner. We are looking for an individual with outstanding organizational skills and be able to support the pastoral team if required. You will need to be a team player but also be able to work independently and show great flexibility. The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience of working with young people or in a school environment. It is essential that you have a genuine regard for young people and excellent communication skills. Steps training is desirable but can be provided for the right candidate. You will be well supported amongst an established and friendly pastoral team. Your role will be to ensure students work is completed and that the room is kept quiet and conducive to successful learning.
