Trustees are seeking to recruit an exceptional, highly motivated Business Officer. You will promote the highest standards of business ethos and support the work of the central leadership team, Trust Finance Manager and Headteacher in planning, developing and delivering the business management functions of the school. The Inclusive Multi Academy Trust was established in 2016 by school leaders looking to make a difference to local communities with a commitment to meeting the needs of every child. The Trust consists of three schools: Beechfield, Cherry Tree and Laurance Haines who work together to share specialist best practice and work collaboratively to support and challenge each other. School business leadership is an integral part of our central service as we believe Headteachers should focus on what really matters- leading teaching and learning.

Our ideal candidate is not afraid to challenge the way things have always been done, is happy to innovate and can empower others to do the same. If you enjoy project management, can bring fresh ideas and are able to identify funding opportunities you will find this role rewarding. School based experience is not essential as we offer a comprehensive induction programme which includes the opportunity to complete a professional Business Management qualification. You will be trained and mentored by the Trusts Chief Operating Officer, who is an ISBL Fellow with a wealth of school leadership experience. This role will give you a good grounding in all aspects of business management should you wish to pursue a career in business leadership.
