Teacher of Girls’ PE
Part Time Maternity Cover (up to one year) - MPS
Full time will be considered for candidates able to teach a second subject

A well-qualified, dedicated and enthusiastic teacher of Girls’ PE is required to cover maternity leave in this thriving and successful department. The successful candidate will play an important role in the teaching of PE across the whole age and ability range. Candidates must be committed to extensive extra-curricular activities. Applications would be welcome from NQTs as well as experienced teachers. Continuing professional development is guaranteed and there will be plenty of opportunity to teach BTEC level 2/3 sport.
The department has an experienced team and benefits from fantastic sports facilities including access to squash, dance and fitness suites at a privately run gym (on site). The role is 3 days per week, however full time will be considered for applicants able to teach a second subject.

Mount Grace is a truly comprehensive school in the south of Hertfordshire with approx. 620 students on roll including 104 in the sixth form. The school is set in beautiful grounds and is only 20 minutes by train from Central London. It is also close to both the M25 and the A1(M).
