About the role
An enthusiastic, committed Teaching Assistant who is passionate about supporting pupils is required to join our hardworking and supportive team. The successful applicant will be required to work alongside the class teacher to support teaching and learning opportunities for all pupils as well as working 1:1 with an SEN pupil, until the end of the Summer Term. You will need to be able to work flexibly, showing initiative when necessary.
The successful applicant will be needed for 32 hours and 30 minutes across the week and will involve working as a general teaching assistant, supporting a pupil 1:1 and a general lunch duty.

The successful candidate would be required to support the needs of individual children within a mainstream class. Experience of supporting children with special educational needs would be very useful, although consideration will be given to applicants with general relevant experience gained from working in schools.
