This is an exciting fixed term until July 2023 part time post (32.5 hours per week, term time only plus optional 5 INSET days) in which no two days are the same! The hours are 8.30am until 3.30pm. It is not simply a photocopying and pencil sharpening job, but one where you will be fully engaged in working with vulnerable children and making a difference on a daily basis! Experience of working with pupils with challenging behaviours would be welcome but is not essential.
We strongly believe in the importance of welfare and safeguarding our children and therefore all people who work with our children are subject to our rigorous enhanced DBS checks and two references, checked.
The Collett School is a foundation school and part of The Blue Tangerine Federation. We cater for children with complex needs and welcome teaching assistants of high calibre, who share the responsibility for their continued professional development, reviewing this and the development of expertise.
