About the role
Contract: Full time permanent contract, 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
(Term time plus will be considered)
Salary: Band 2/3 £16,022-£21,000 (dependant on experience) p.a. plus excellent pension and performance bonus
Location: 4 days travelling to schools across Hertfordshire with 1 day at the Head Office, Stevenage.

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to join our ICT support team. The role is customer facing, providing onsite ICT support to schools, and requires attention to detail and excellent troubleshooting techniques.
The post requires significant travelling around Hertfordshire as you will have a portfolio of 10 schools to support. You must have a full driving licence and have access to, and be prepared to use a car which is insured for business purposes.
Previous experience would be beneficial, however for the right candidate full training is available. Customer service skills and a desire to exceed expectations are a must.
