Teach in Herts application forms
The Teach in Herts application forms are available to download below:
Application form – teaching role (pdf/1MB)
Application form – leadership role (pdf/1MB)
Application form – professional or support role (pdf/1MB)
These forms are in PDF format and can be completed electronically using Adobe Reader. If you get a message along the lines of “this PDF can’t be viewed directly in the browser”, this is because some browsers may not be able to display the interactive PDF. To open it you can right-click on the link and “Save target as/save link as…”, then open it from wherever you have saved it on your computer. It should then open up in Adobe Reader, as long as you have it installed. If not it can be downloaded from: https://get.adobe.com/uk/reader/
Some schools prefer candidates to complete the school's own application form rather than the standard Hertfordshire school application form. If this is the case the schools’ application form will display when you apply for a job.
Catholic application forms
Some Catholic schools in Hertfordshire require applicants for posts to complete Catholic Education Service application forms, so it is advisable to contact the school to check which form it requires. Catholic application forms in Word format can be downloaded from the Catholic Education Service website at:
These documents can be completed electronically and either emailed or printed off and posted to the school.
