Description
We are a soon-to-be 2-form entry school with 220 pupils on roll at present. We have excellent, well maintained facilities and resources offering staff and children a pleasant and stimulating working environment, including a Forest School area, Library Bus and extensive grounds. The staff at Icknield are a dedicated and supportive team. The children are well behaved and eager to learn. We have strong community links and supportive parents. We are a positive, friendly and successful school where staff are valued and encouraged to develop, and children are encouraged to celebrate diversity. Icknield Infant & Nursery School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
Our school is situated in Letchworth, close to the train station and the A1(M) giving easy access to London and the surrounding area.
