Description
Micklem is a one form entry Primary School with an Early Years Foundation Stage. We have a wonderful wooded outdoor area with a pond on our large school grounds where the children learn and play. We are a good school and we are working hard to ensure that each child receives the best education we can offer. We are well resourced with new BENQ boards, a set of IPADs, a class set of new laptops and an updated wireless network. Each teacher has their own IPAD to ensure they can remain up to date with changes in technology. We are a creative school and have a thriving music and drama department. We also have an exciting range of sports on offer both through our PE provision and our after school clubs. Our ethos is to ensure that every day offers exciting learning. Micklem is a highly supportive environment in which to work, many of our excellent teachers joined the school as NQTs.
