Description
Pirton School is situated in the beautiful village of Pirton, about 3 miles from the thriving market town of Hitchin. Our intake number is 25 per year group and our classes are mainly mixed year. We currently have 150 children on role. The school is organised into 5 classes with a full time teaching assistant per class. The newly formed Leadership Team consists of a Headteacher, Assistant Head, SENCO and an Early Years Lead. We prioritise staff development and are keen to have a staff team that see themselves as integral to our school community.
We have the following class structure: Reception, Year 1/2, Year 2/3, Year 3/4 and Year 5/6.
