Description
The William Ransom School is an outstanding oversubscribed two-form entry school for children aged four to eleven. Our school is much loved and respected by pupils, staff, parents/carers and the local community. It is set amongst a quiet, highly sought-after residential area, located within the picturesque town of Hitchin. It is a popular and welcoming school with approximately 420 children of all abilities on role. Our children are engaged and excited about their work; they show great initiative and an enthusiasm for learning. We have a friendly and caring staff who have a sense of humour.
