About the role

The Governors of Highover Primary School are seeking to appoint a skilled and enthusiastic Additional Funded Support Staff Member to work with children with an EHCP, across the school. This is a full time, fixed-term position (linked to EHCP banded funding) and will be paid on scale H1-H2 depending on experience.

Highover JMI School is a large primary school in Hitchin Hertfordshire, which has:

We are looking for a team player, with a positive attitude. You will need to be enthusiastic, hardworking and enjoy working with children and adults in our team. There will be opportunities for training and career development in school. You will need to liaise with parents, maintain a team working ethic and keep a record of the achievements of the children.  

The closing date is Friday 27th June 2025 at 9.00am   

Interview date is Thursday 3rd July 2025.
