About the role
We are seeking a capable and enthusiastic administrator for 14 hours a week to join a small, dynamic team that manages a wide variety of tasks to ensure the provision of effective administration throughout the school.
The successful candidate will be well organised, have excellent communication skills and be able to remain calm under pressure. You will be the first point of contact for parents and visitors to the school and should possess a friendly and professional attitude at all times.
One of your key responsibilities will be the management of data and information, including statutory returns, so a good working knowledge of Arbor is essential to this role. You should be confident with IT based tasks and keen to work with us to streamline administrative processes.
The position is fixed to the end of the academic year, with potential to develop a permanent role.
