About the role
An opportunity has arisen to join the team at Woodside Primary School. Woodside is looking for an admin assistant to support the smooth running of the school. We are looking for a suitably talented administrator who will fit in with the special ethos that we have here at school.
Woodside is a one form entry, friendly, family orientated school with a positive outlook. Our children have a love of learning and are polite and well behaved. We strive to do the best for every stakeholder- staff, children and parents alike. We are currently going through a full rebuild and will have state of the art facilities very soon.

We are looking for an experienced administrator with experience of working within a school office.
You must have experience of working with MIS systems used in schools.
A positive and friendly outlook is essential.

Salary: Herts H2 Scale point 3 Pro Rata (full time equivalent)-£24796 to £25583 based on 43.3 weeks per year (term time + holiday entitlement) based on experience
Contract: Permanent- term time only
Hours: 8.30-12.30 - 20 hours per week
Start date: ideally 2nd October 2026- or as soon as possible after 2nd October
Closing date: Monday 21st September2026
