We're looking for people who work in schools to become part-time nannies with Koru Kids. It's a brilliant way to earn extra income in a role that feels natural, without the grind of bar work or weekend retail shifts.
You'll be paid from £12.25 –£14.75 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay).
The role:
Be a part-time nanny for one local family in Hertfordshire, looking after their children in their home or out and about (parks, libraries, the usual after-school adventures)
Pick the kids up from school or nursery
Help with reading, homework and learning
Keep things fun: board games, arts & crafts, baking, imaginative play
Prepare simple meals and snacks
Most nannies work 9–20 hours per week on weekday afternoons, so it fits neatly around a school day, part-time contract, or term-time schedule.

What we're looking for:
Someone with experience around children (whether that's in a school, as a babysitter, volunteer, or in another setting)
Reliable, warm and organised
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Right to Work in the UK
You don't need childcare qualifications - if you're enthusiastic, imaginative and love kids, that's what families are looking for.
