About the role

We are looking to develop a team of motivated, experienced TA's to provide high-level in-class support and mentoring to our Alternative Provision students to support with behaviour barriers to learning. 

To carry out this role effectively you need to be passionate about helping vulnerable students to thrive, who may face additional challenges due to their specific needs.

The role is primarily based on Upper School Campus. 

We are looking for enthusiastic, confident, robust, and supportive people who have an empathy with students within our Alternative Provision.

You will be required to work with teaching staff to support a range of students in their learning. Experience in a similar role would be an advantage however, training can be provided. The successful candidate will have a good level of literacy and be competent in the use of IT; the ability to effectively use Microsoft Word is desirable.
