We work with schools to deliver apprenticeships across a wide range of subject
areas and we are looking for a self-motivated new member of staff to join our
successful team based in Stevenage.
The main functions of this role are to work alongside the compliance lead to
provide support in the following areas:
Administrative tasks related to apprenticeship funding and onboarding
Reviewing apprentice data related to reporting and learner progress
General apprenticeship administrative tasks to support the wider team.
This position will require commitment, enthusiasm, high end organisational and
communication skills and an ability to work as part of a busy administrative team.
It is a position that could be ideal for an individual with experience in the
administrative apprenticeship world although it could also be for an individual who
would embrace a new, exciting challenge.

Job Specification:
The role will be to provide and support efficient apprenticeship administrative
delivery within the company of Educational and Sporting Futures.
This will involve developing an understanding of the apprenticeship digital
systems required to onboard apprentices whilst supporting employers and the
wider team.
Working as part of the team to support administration through the learner journey
to ensure compliance at every stage


Description of Duties
Responsibilities:
- Support the administration related to conversion and onboarding of
apprentices onto programmes ranging from level 2 - level 6
- Monitor and update learner records within the apprenticeship service
system accurately and in a timely manner
- Support employers to understand the onboarding process
- Support the company in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records to
ensure compliance through the learner journey
- Support administrative processes for internal and external systems
- Support within an office administrative environment as required as a
member of the office team
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in an apprenticeship administration role or a
similar administrative position within the education or training sector
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and
deadlines effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to
effectively interact with employers and learners
- Proficient in using Google and other relevant software applications.
- Ability to adapt to changes in apprenticeship policies and procedures.

- A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and data protection
standards.
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with a focus on delivering high-
quality service to apprentices and employers.
Person Specification:
- This post holder is expected to work proactively with the ESF team,
ensuring administrative work is managed and delivered effectively at all
levels as required.
- Using a range of office software, including email, spreadsheets and
databases and Google
Knowledge and Skills:
- Effective time and workload management
- Pro-active, problem-solving approach.
- Ability to demonstrate empathy with the aims and objectives of
Educational and Sporting Futures
- Ability to form good working relationships with a wide range of groups and
individuals.
- Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised and on own
- A calm, organised approach is a key quality.

This is a Full-Time 37.5 Hours although part-time may be considered.
Holiday entitlement is 28 days plus Bank Holidays.
