About the role

The Governors and Executive Headteacher at Bonneygrove and Millbrook Primary  Federation  are seeking to appoint an Assistant Headteacher to join  Bonneygrove Primary School's dedicated leadership team.  This role  is to be responsible for Teaching and Learning in either KS1 or KS2 (depending on experience). There will also be a teaching commitment (this will be discussed at interview). 

The successful applicant must have

  • excellent interpersonal skills, ideas to build on current good practice;
  • experience in developing and maintaining outstanding teaching and learning 
  • a deep understanding of current issues affecting children in the Primary Phase.

We are seeking to appoint a person to actively promote the vision and aims of Bonneygrove Primary School.  The successful applicant will be an outstanding teacher who has the ability to enthuse others and foster the love of teaching and learning .  As a team player they will work closely with our amazing community of students, parents/carers, staff, Senior Leaders.
