An exciting opportunity for an experienced IT leader to shape the digital future of our growing Trust
For September 2026, Bushey St James Trust is seeking an experienced, strategic, and forward-thinking IT Leader to oversee the digital infrastructure and IT strategy across our three schools within our growing Multi-Academy Trust.
This is a key leadership role, working closely with the Trust's senior leadership team to develop and deliver high-quality, secure, and sustainable IT services. As the Trust continues to grow, you will play a vital role in driving digital transformation, aligning IT systems across our schools, enhancing service delivery, and leading the ongoing development of our IT and e-learning infrastructure.

This is a full-time post working 37 hours per week, 52 weeks a year. The salary for this post is APT&C scale, points 36 – 43 plus fringe allowance (£47,181 – £54,495 per annum, plus £1,045pa fringe), with the starting salary dependent on skills and experience.
