About the role
We are looking to appoint a strong, committed and enthusiastic KS1/KS2 teacher to join our team from September 2025. There will be some flexibility around the year group depending on the experience of the successful candidate.
Whilst experience would be preferred, being passionate about teaching is of more importance to the school so ECTs may also apply.
The Reddings is a "good school" (Ofsted November 2024) with children who are motivated to learn and a pleasure to teach. The staff plan engaging lessons from our well planned, ambitious curriculum and ensure to meet the needs of all learners through adaptive teaching and inclusive classrooms.
We have a dedicated leadership team, supportive governors and welcoming, friendly staff and work collaboratively to deliver the schools vision of ‘Success for all’.
Ideally we would be looking for our new teacher to take on a subject leadership role and take an active interest in enrichment opportunities and experiences for our children.
We are committed to professional development and would be keen to appoint an ambitious individual wanting to make a difference to our school community.
The pay range for this position is on the main pay scale and is dependant on the experience of the candidate.
The Reddings is an equal opportunities employer who is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, we expect all staff and volunteers to share and uphold this commitment. This role involves working closely with children and an enhanced DBS will be required.
Please contact the school for further information and book a visit.
We reserve the right to interview and make an early appointment in the event of an application from a highly suitable candidate.
