About the role
Based at Morgans School - The Dell Out of School Club provides out of school care in the form of breakfast, afterschool and holiday clubs for children aged 3-12 years. (Early Years and Primary).
We need an experienced early years practitioner who is qualified to a minimum of Level 3, to work with our early years children and to deputise in running the club in the managers absence. This is an exciting opportunity to join our busy club and to gain experience of working with a wide range of children in a school setting. We have a committed and dedicated team of staff and are looking for a fun person to join the team.
Flexibitiy is the key and the role can be offered full or part time or combinations of hours including an option to work term time only.
Full time (upto 32 hour per week) would linclude some shifts worked at our Breakfast Club from 7.30am to 9am plus at our afterschool club from 1.30pm to 6pm plus hours on or off site planning or and preparing sessions)
Part time hours (16-20 hours per week) would need to include working at our afterschool club from 2.30pm to 6pm daily plus some planning and preparation time.
We can offer a contract for term time or 52 weeks per year or a combination of both,

The Dell out of School Club has been providing Out of School Care for children across the Hertford area for around 26 years. OFSTED registered we run 2 Out of School clubs The Dell@Abel Smith School and The Dell Morgans School.
On our busiest day we can have 60 children attending breakfast and afterschool clubs.
As well as term time out of school hours we also run a holiday club in most holidays which is open to children both within and outside of our host schools
