We are seeking a Customer Service Associate (Sports Centre) to join our school. RMS is a leading independent girls’ day/boarding School with circa 900 pupils aged 2 to 18 and over 250 teaching and support staff. We are situated on a beautiful 300-acre parkland estate near Rickmansworth in Hertfordshire.

As a Customer Service Associate at our Sports Centre, you’ll bring great communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone. You’re flexible, motivated and you show plenty of initiative. You also have basic computer skills, including Word and Excel.

The RMS sports facilities and grounds are used by the School during the day and are available to the public during the evenings, weekends during term time and also during the day outside of term time.

The role is required for a zero hours contract, varying shift patterns. Site operating hours are evenings (5.30pm- 10.00pm) and weekends (8.30am - 5.00pm).
