Due to promotion of the current postholder, Tring School presents an exciting opportunity to appoint a Deputy Headteacher to help lead our journey to excellence. We wish to appoint a truly inspirational and innovative leader with a proven track record of impactful strategic leadership. The right candidate to help us in this journey must have an ability to demonstrate school improvement and the resilience to combat the challenges faced in this role. The Deputy Headteacher will be a prominent, visible presence around the school, embodying our values and promoting strong relationships with all stakeholders. You will lead with confidence and be passionate about the power of education to transform lives. You will demonstrate impeccable professionalism, unwavering determination and relentless optimism. You will lead by example and be a source of inspiration, supporting and guiding colleagues and students. Furthermore, you will have the highest of expectations of every student in terms of achievement, participation and conduct.

We are looking for an exceptional leader to compliment our team and, as an additional Deputy, you will be responsible for the strategic development of our ethos and culture across the school. You will lead a team of experienced Assistant Headteachers, Subject Leaders and Pastoral Leaders.
