About the role
Due to the relocation of our Reception teacher, we are looking to appoint a new Early Years teacher from September 2024, who will lead a joint Nursery/Reception class. We believe that the early years of education are critical to children's wellbeing and development, so are looking to appoint a dynamic early years teacher who will provide a creative, stimulating and secure start to school for our youngest learners. This is an opportunity for you to showcase your early years pedagogy and develop an inspiring classroom environment.
Enthusiasm, drive and passion are an integral part of life at Kimpton. We are looking for the right teacher to join our team, so this position would suit either an early career teacher or an experienced teacher who is looking for a new challenge. We offer excellent CPD, experienced key stage leaders and SLT, and supportive and caring staff and governors. You will also be supported by a full-time, experienced EYP. Experienced teachers would also hold a subject leader responsibility.
Our children are well-behaved and highly engaged with the learning opportunities staff provide. We aim to inspire our children to become independent learners who are ready for tomorrow. We do not set limits on children's learning and are committed to approaches that reflect a Growth Mindset.
