Following the successful career progression of our current school leader, Kimpton Primary School is seeking an inspirational Headteacher whose leadership, expertise and passion will continue to drive and shape the school’s future in line with our shared vision and values. WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN EXCEPTIONAL LEADER WHO:

will skilfully monitor and evaluate standards of progress, attainment, learning and teaching, and is able to create clear and imaginative action plans to ensure that all children reach their highest potential

provides strategic leadership and strong organisational management, identifying and mitigating both short- and long-term risks to the success of the school and building on people, process, finance, premises and technology management

Applications are invited from both serving and aspiring headteachers. This post is full-time, although we may consider appointing a part-time headteacher if the appointed leader could work with governors to shape a clear plan as to how suitable cover might be achieved in their absence.
