What does it mean to lead a school where every child is truly known? At Spellbrook Primary, this question is at the heart of our work. As a small Church of England school with four mixed-age classes, we place relationships, values, and community at the centre of everything we do.

You will be joining a school with a rich heritage and a clear sense of purpose. Our Christian ethos is lived daily—through collective worship, close ties with Great St. Mary’s Church, and a curriculum rooted in care and aspiration. Our extensive outdoor spaces, including woodland, meadow, and a MUGA, are integral to how we teach and learn.

You will be a supportive, visible leader who brings people together. You will champion staff development, uphold high expectations, and foster a culture of respect and inclusion.
