About the role
Are you ready to lead a school where high aspirations today inspire the leaders of tomorrow?
At Kenilworth Primary, we believe every child deserves to be known, nurtured, and challenged. We are a one-form entry community school in Borehamwood, Hertfordshire, serving a diverse and vibrant population. Our ethos is rooted in strong relationships, inclusive values, and a belief in every child’s potential.
You will lead a school with a “Good” Ofsted rating, a secure financial footing, and a team of dedicated staff who are ready to grow with you. Our well-resourced classrooms, thriving Nursery, and extensive outdoor spaces - including a large playground and creative learning areas - support a rich, engaging curriculum.
We are looking for a Headteacher who will:
- Lead with clarity and compassion, building on strong foundations across all Key Stages
- Strengthen Early Years as a nurturing, high-quality start for every child
- Champion staff development and well-being, fostering a culture of collaboration
- Work closely with a supportive governing body
- Promote a school culture where every background is recognised, respected, and celebrated
This is your opportunity to lead a successful school into its next phase - with clarity, purpose, and community at your side.
