About the role
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, committed and highly motivated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our friendly and supportive team at The Lea.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced teaching assistant who is passionate about children's learning and wellbeing and who is ready to take on additional responsibility within the classroom and across the wider school.
As an HLTA, you will work closely with teachers and the wider school team to support high-quality teaching and learning. You will have opportunities to lead learning activities, deliver planned lessons and interventions, provide cover for classes when required, and support pupils to achieve their full potential.
The post will also include a 30 minutes lunchtime duty role too.
