About the role
We are seeking to appoint a Housemistress/master from September 2024. The candidate would also be required to be a classroom teacher and have responsibility for the pastoral welfare, conduct and progress of all girls in the House.
Paull's Boarding and Day House is one of the six senior Houses made up of approximately 75 day and boarding girls. The School is on a site that was founded in 1597, surrounded by green fields, yet only 12 miles from Marble Arch. This is a demanding yet extremely fulfilling middle leadership role and as such the successful candidate will be expected to lead by example in all their actions and interactions.
