Pay Spine H7 (£31,067 to £33,366) Pro Rata

Colnbrook is a school for children aged 4 - 11, who have a wide range of learning needs and are looking for an enthusiastic LSA to be part of our dedicated team.

We are seeking to appoint a friendly, organised and self-motivated HR Officer, who will be part of our small, friendly and supportive Admin team.
You will have opportunities to develop your own skills through on-going training. Your contribution to the development of the school will be encouraged, valued and supported.
Our new team member will:
- have strong administrational, organisational and interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality being essential
- be methodical with a high level of attention to detail, strong numeracy skills along with good time management
- be competent with MS Office, in particular Word and Excel
- preferably have experience/knowledge of Arbor data management system and SAP although training will be available
- have a good standard of education (including English and Maths)
- have excellent communication skills, be reliable, flexible and adaptable
- efficiently manage, prioritise workload, be self-motivated and able to use own initiative whilst working within guidelines
- remain professional, be a team player and excellent communicator
- be willing to complete Safer Recruitment training and Safeguarding training

Colnbrook is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. This post is subject to an enhanced DBS disclosure and we will:
- Request 2 references prior to interview (unless applicants specify otherwise). These must include your last 2 posts and/or last 2 positions working with children.
- Carry out a new DBS check prior to the start date.
