We are looking for a nurturing, knowledgeable and empathetic Inclusion Lead to join our team at Fair Field Junior School. Are you patient and understanding? We are an unbiased school and pride ourselves on caring about each individual child and their family.
You will need knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice and also have experience of working with professionals, parents/carers and colleagues. You do not need to have the SENDCo qualification yet however, you must be willing to do it in the first three years of joining our team.
Responsibilities within this role include leading on SEND, PPG and EAL.
The successful candidate will:
- demonstrate good interactions with children,
- have high expectations of all pupils no matter what their starting point is,
- be an experienced teacher who can draw on their own experiences,
- be inclusive in their practice,
- be highly motivated,
- build excellent relationships with the pupils, staff and parents,
- work well in a team.

This position is permanent and is open for people to apply for 4 days or 5 days.
