About the role

We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic and committed Inclusion Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team, working under the guidance of the SENDCo to support pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) across Key Stages 1 and 2 working 9.00 - 3.00 everyday with half an hour lunch break (27.5 hours).

This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children who may require additional help to overcome barriers to learning in literacy, numeracy, or speech and language. You will work with individuals or small groups to deliver specialist interventions, monitor progress, and contribute to tailored learning experiences that nurture academic and emotional development.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about inclusive education, understands the principles of nurture, and is confident in supporting pupils with a range of needs. Experience working with SEND children and delivering targeted interventions is desirable.

The successful candidate will be supported by a strong team within our Trust, receive relevant training, and have opportunities to share best practice across schools.
